Education
Larry Haler graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in
1974 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Liberal Arts.
He has a Masters Degrees in Business Administration (MBA) from City University, which he received in
2001.
Professional Background
Larry Haler has 30 years of experience in the nuclear industry. Larry currently
is employed by the Fluor Hanford Company working in the Spent Nuclear Fuels
Project as a Senior Training Specialist and Operations Engineer.
Personal
Larry and his wife Jenifer (Leitz) Haler have lived in the Tri-Cities for 30
years. Jenifer Haler has taught in the Richland School District as an
elementary school teacher for 30 years and was named “An Outstanding Educator”
in 2003 by the West Richland Chamber of Commerce. Jenifer is a life long
Richland resident and her family ancestry includes being part of one of eastern
Washington States’ Pioneer families who settled the Palouse region of our state.
