It has been almost a month since Representative Larry Haler announced his intention to seek a third term as the State Representative from the 8th District, Position 2. Today the Committee to Reelect Representative Larry Haler announces Honorary Co-Campaign Chairmen: Senator Jerome Delvin, Jeff Hall, and Bill Lampson. These individuals represent the west, central, and eastern portions of the 8th district. They know the importance of reelecting Larry Haler, who, according to Rep. Bruce Chandler, Granger, "is an effective leader who understands the issues important to his constituents and his community's future."
Larry recently attended Sunset Memorial Gardens' 36th Annual Memorial Day Services. Both of Larry's parents were WWII veterans. During WWII Larry's mother, a Navy Lieutenant, served in naval intelligence and his father, an Army Captain, served under Gen. McArthur. Rep. Haler was honored to pay tribute on Memorial Day to past and present U.S. citizens and their families who have served our country. |
